Aims and Scope

Quantitation in Gastrointestinal Disease is devoted to objective measurement, computational analysis, imaging, pathology, endoscopy, and AI-enabled diagnostics in gastrointestinal disorders. The journal seeks to advance the precision of diagnosis, disease monitoring, treatment assessment, and translational interpretation through quantitative methods.

Gastrointestinal disease is increasingly evaluated through automated segmentation, radiomics, body composition analysis, motion-aware imaging, and multi-modal integration with blood-based and molecular biomarkers. The journal welcomes research that transforms gastrointestinal disease assessment from descriptive to measurable and reproducible.
